Tax Web Portal Instructions

In mid-January you will receive an email from tax@capcomfcu.org letting you know that your Tax Organizer has been uploaded to the secure portal.  For security purposes, your personalized link to that portal will remain active for one week. If your link has expired, please call us at (518) 782-0209.

If you previously established an account, you may log in using the same username and password that you set up last year, and then skip to Step 3. If you’ve never logged in before, use the link in the email to create a new portal account.

Once you have created your personal account, you can access the portal anytime at https://ccfstax.securefilepro.com where you’ll be prompted to enter your username and password.

Prepare the following documents for your tax packet. Please note: We cannot begin work until we have them all.

  • Completed Tax Organizer
  • Signed Engagement Letter
  • Signed Statement of Foreign Assets
  • Your Tax Documents

Either drop off your tax packet at our office at 4 Winners Circle, or upload your documents into the portal. The portal is a secure and convenient way to exchange confidential documents with our Tax Department. If you have a document scanner, you can safely submit information to us from the comfort of your home without having to make an extra trip to our office.

Once we receive your tax packet – either via the portal, mail or by drop off at our office or any CAP COM branch – we will review your documentation and a tax professional will call you to follow up for any additional information.
